Is your Company Licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the PCO.
How early do I need to book my travel?

We would recommend you to book 24 hours in advance if you're booking online or you can call us on +44 (0) 7421 357 344 if you need a transfer within 24 hours.

How much Luggage can I take?

The luggage space depends on the type of vehicle that you book. Luggage capacity is specified under each vehicle type. If you are unsure about size please get in touch.

What is your refund & cancellation policy?

All cash bookings can be cancelled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours notice. However, there will be a £5 admin fee charged for all the pre-paid bookings.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time will not be refunded. The cash bookings that are secured by a debit/credit card will also be fully charged in this case.

How long will you wait for me at the airport?

1 hour waiting time is included as part of your booking. We will monitor your flight and your driver will wait upto an hour free of charge. Any additional wait times will be charged at £5 for every 15 minutes thereafter, so if you take an additional hour to come out, you will be charged £20. This can be paid as cash to the driver or you can ring the office on +44 (0) 7421 357 344 and pay by card. Please note that a 3.5% charge will apply if you pay by card.

Do I need to pay extra for via journeys?

Yes there will be an additional charge for any via journeys depending upon the distance. Our online booking system will automatically calculate this for you.

Are your prices per car or per person?

We do NOT provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle. Please see Vehicle capacity for further details.

Do you have to have an infant or baby or child or booster seat?

No, we do not have these available in the cars at all times but please request a baby seat on the booking form should you require one.

What if the flight is early or delayed?

There is no extra charge if your flight is early or delayed as we continuously monitor the status of your flight and work on the basis of scheduled arrival times.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 7421 357 344. In this case, we will not have dispatched a driver since the status of your flight will have been monitored by us. We will place your booking on hold for 24 hours and you can re-book your transfer at no extra cost within this period.
Please note that failure to get in touch within 24 hours of flight cancellation will result in no refund.

Where do I meet my driver when I land?

Your driver will meet you in the arrival hall with your name board. If you do not opt for meet and greet service, then please contact your driver on the number provided and coordinate a meeting point with the driver. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team on +44 (0) 7421 357 344 if you have any difficulties.

What if I cannot locate my driver?

Call our support team on +44 (0) 7421 357 344, quoting your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.
